Egger Meats was founded in 1952 by Bill's father, John Egger. His father taught him the craft of sausage making from authentic family recipes and cooking techniques that had been handed down through many generations. Bill has expanded and perfected his skills of sausage making for over forty years.
Bill Egger Meats in Deer Park was established in 1983, and has been thriving ever since. There are a total of 4 independently owned Egger Meats stores in the Spokane area that are owned and operated by family members.
